The frogs in my loo and in my bathroom have moved.
This frog is clearly a rip-off of Rodin's The Thinker which makes it all the more dear to me as I have always loved the sculpture. This frog found its way to a secondhand shop in Mackay and luckily for me, the owners were friends and kept it aside for me.
In a previous life this frog was a garden frog! Oh damn, I had forgotten about the garden, I shall clearly be putting photographs of frogs on this site for a very long time yet. And my office! Anyway this frog has never lived in my garden, he is very good friends with the frog above and they share the top of a cupboard.
This frog facewasher is very old, around a decade, and is used with as much love now as when it was first presented to me in a pristine condition. Lovely word, pristine. I imagine I will still be using it when it is full of holes because how could anyone throw out a frog facewasher?
I hadn't even realised I was missing anything frog oriented until I was presented with this wonderful gift quite recently. I had to speak very strictly to myself before I used the first roll but now the package has been breached. The frill necked lizard, whose table was taken over for this photograph, is rather concerned but I explained the situation was only temporary and he is fine now.
This little silver frog has many friends, more of whom will appear below. Wonderful things, garage sales.
I feel rather sorry for this silver frog. He has been climbing for quite a few years now but is stuck in place.
This frog is friends with the two above. He is ready for anything.
This frog looks just like the one above, but he is on a frame of his own and must be counted.
This tea towel is frequently used and, of course, greatly loved.
This print on the wall of my little passage is the final item here. You will no doubt be breathing great sighs of relief. Next I will move into the loungeroom but I need a long rest before I do that.
